- Deadline to Request The refund request can be made up to 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with European Union legislation (right of withdrawal). - Conditions The refund will be issued only after the return of the product is confirmed to be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, in the original packaging and with all accessories. If the product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered damaged, the refund will be full and the return shipping costs will be covered by Valvet Lane.
- Method and Timeframe for Refund The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping CostsIn cases of buyer's remorse, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.In cases of error by Valvet Lane or a defective product, the shipping costs are fully refunded.
