Exchanges & Returns
At Valvetlane, your satisfaction is our priority. We work to ensure that every shopping experience is positive and secure. This page explains in detail our exchange, return, and reimbursement processes, ensuring you know exactly how to proceed.
- Deadlines for Exchanges and Returns• You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request an exchange or return.• Products outside this period cannot be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects, which we continue to evaluate under warranty.
- Product ConditionsIn order for us to accept the exchange or return, the product must: • Be complete, including tags, manual, and original packaging;• Show no signs of misuse;• Have not suffered alterations, washes, or damage due to misuse;• Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.Products that cannot be returned:• Personalized products, except when defective;• Products on sale or in outlets, when explicitly indicated; • Any item that does not comply with the above conditions.
- Types of ExchangeExchange for another size, color, or model• Please contact us with your order details and the desired item;• If the new item has a different price, a refund for the difference or an additional charge will be applied, as applicable;• The shipment of the new product will be made as soon as we receive the returned product, typically within 7 working days after receipt.
Exchange due to defect• If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it at no extra cost;• It will be necessary to send photos or videos showing the problem before approval;• The defective product will be replaced with another of the same kind or, if not available, we will issue a full refund.
4. Return Process;
1. Request: Contact our team at support@valvetlane.com, providing:
• Order number• Product(s) to return• Reason for the return.
2. Authorization: Our team will send detailed return instructions, including address and correct shipping procedure.
3. Product shipment: The product must be sent in the original packaging and with all accessories. We recommend shipping with tracking.
4. Assessment: After receipt, our team will check the product.
5. Processing: Depending on your request, we will do:
• Exchange: sending the new product;
• Refund: amount returned in the same payment method used for the purchase, within up to 7 business days.
Note: return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or error in the order.
